At Telinekataja, we’re building a future-ready HR function. As our HR Systems and Process Development Specialist (Nordic) & Payroll Specialist (Finland), you will play a key role in driving our HR digital transformation while ensuring seamless payroll operations for Finland.
What You’ll Be Doing
1. Lead HR Digitalization (75%) - Nordic scope
- Design and standardize HR processes across the Nordics (recruitment, onboarding, performance, learning & development).
- Act as the go-to specialist for our HR systems (Mepco, Movenium, Teamtailor, Power BI).
- Integrate automation and AI to make HR simpler, faster, and smarter.
- Be the driver of adoption — ensuring our HR tools are loved, not just used.
2. Payroll Coordination (25%) – Finland
- Oversee payroll accuracy, quality checks, and data integrity for Finland (with support from our external payroll partner).
- Handle employee payroll inquiries and ensure compliance with Finnish labor laws and internal policies.
- Coordinate time registration and payroll flows to keep things running smoothly.
Must-Haves (Please Apply Only if You Meet These):
- 3+ years of experience with HR systems (eg. Mepco, Movenium, LMS, Teamtailor or similar) and/or payroll coordination
- Hands-on experience with payroll & ability to interpret and comply with Collective Labour Agreement's
- Fluency in Finnish and English
- Experience with process automation and/or AI
- Proficiency in Excel and a good understanding of digital tools that support HR core processes
- Passion for using new HR technology and systems
- A collaborative and service-oriented team player
- A structured, analytical, and proactive mindset
(Familiarity with Nordic labor markets and Swedish language skills is a strong plus!)
